SE <br />Aumsville, Oregon <br /> <br />An inspection was made at the above address on July 17, <br />1989 to determine if the existing on-site sewage system <br />located on the property appeared adequate to serve the <br />purpose described in the attached application. This <br />application is to place a hardship mobile home on the <br />property. No evidence of failure was found and the <br />system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory <br />manner. The septic tank was pumped on May 31, 1989 by <br />AAA Septic Service and the tank was inspected at that <br />time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the <br />septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed <br />septic tank pumper approximately every five years. This <br />notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous <br />operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal <br />system. Planning approval may be required for the <br />proposed development of the property. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: We have no record of the existing septic <br /> system in our files. <br /> <br />Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to <br />4:30.
