This
request was denied by the Planning Commission. However,
it appears that the 19 acres was subsequently divided
without the necessary County approval. As a result, both
the 8.99 acre parcel and the 10.33 acre parcel are not
recognized as legally separate lots. It is the policy of
Marion County Planning Division not to approve any
permits on property that was created without proper
authorization. For this reason, the Planning Division
cannot sign off on your building permit application to
replace the primary mobile home on the 10.33 acres.

If I can be of any further service, please contact me at
588-5038.

Sincerely,

Senator Building 220 High Street NE Sa]em, Oregon 97301-3670
