SE <br />Aumsville, Oregon 97325 <br /> <br />An inspection was made at the above address on June 15, 1988 to <br />determine if the existing on-site sewage system located on the <br />property appeared adequate to ~erve the purpose described in the <br />attached application. This application is to replace a mobile <br />home. No evidence of failure was found and the system appeared to <br />be functioning in a satisfactory manner. The septic tank was <br />pumped on June 1, 1988 by Stayton Septic Service and the tank was <br />inspected at that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic <br />tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic tank pumper <br />approximately every five years. This notice does not guarantee <br />satisfactory or continuous operation of the existing on-site <br />sewage disposal system. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: The'septic system was installed and inspected in May of <br /> 1974 and consists of a 900 gallon septic tank and 450 <br /> lineal feet of drainfield. <br /> <br />Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30.
