This application is to replace a hardship <br />mobile home. No evidence of failure was found and the system <br />appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner. The septic <br />tank was pumped on June 16, 1988 by Clinkscales Septic Service <br />and the tank was inspected at that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic <br />tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic tank pumper <br />approximately every five years.
