SE <br />Turner, Oregon 97392 <br /> <br />An inspection was made at the above address on April 13, 1988 to <br />determine the condition of the existing on-site sewage system <br />located on the property. No evidence of failure was found and the <br />system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner. The <br />septic tank was pumped on April 8, 1988 by Stayton Septic Service <br />and the tank was inspected at that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic <br />tank be pumped and inspected approximately every five years.
