SE <br />Aumsville, Oregon <br /> <br />PROPERTY OWNER: <br /> <br />Ken Sandner <br />Karen Hale, Rentor <br />10771 Leverman Rd. <br />Aumzville, Oregon <br /> <br />SE <br /> <br />An inspection was made at the above address on March 21, 1988 to <br />determine if the existing on-site sewage system located on the <br />property appeared adequate to serve the purpose described in the <br />attached application. This application is to replace a mobile <br />home. No evidence of failure was found and the system appeared to <br />be functioning in a satisfactory manner. The septic tank was <br />pumped on March 16, 1988 by Stayton Septic Service and the tank <br />was inspected at that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recormmendation that the septic <br />tank be pumped and inspected approximately every five years.
