Upon expiration of this extension, if the same <br />hardship exists and this permit needs to be renewed, a <br />request in the form of a new Physician's Certificate <br />should be submitted to this office at /east tWO weeks <br />prior to expiration. <br /> <br />The Marion County Building Inspection Division requires <br />that mobile homes for hardship purposes obtain an <br />Authorization Notice and evaluation of the septic system. <br />This Authorization must be re-evaluated annually until <br />the mobile home is removed.
