No evidence of failure was found and the <br />system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner. The <br />septic tank was pumped on July 21, 1987 by Ace Septic Tank <br />Service and the tank was inspected at that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic <br />tank be pumped and inspected approximately every five years. This <br />notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation of <br />the existing on-site sewage disposal system. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: <br /> <br />The septic system was installed in July of 1975 and <br />consists of a 1000 gallon septic tank and 450 lineal <br />feet of drainfield. <br /> <br />Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30.
