No evidence of <br />failure was found and the system appeared to be function- <br />ing in a satisfactory manner. The septic tank was pumped <br />on May 10, 1991 by Aloha Sanitary Service and the tank <br />was inspected at that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the <br />septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic <br />tank pumper approximately every five years.
