The maximum aggregate area of a b-2, <br /> 5-N building with 3 yards of 60 feet or more is 16,000 <br />square feet. The area of all three building is 15,490 <br />square feet. <br /> <br />Manufacturing buildings with an occupant load of 30 or <br />more shall be provide with 2 exits, this building has a <br />occupant load of 48 , as per table 33-A UBC. The exits <br />shall be placed a distance apart equal to not less than <br />half of the length of the maximum overall diagonal <br />dimension of the building to be served measured in a <br />straight line between exits. <br /> <br />Every required exit doorway shall be of a size as to <br />permit the installation of a door not less than 3 feet <br />in width and not less than 6 feet 8 inches in height. <br /> <br />4. Exit doors shall be operable from the inside without <br /> the use of a key or any special knowledge or effort. <br /> <br /> <br />
