NOTICE OP DECISION <br />PARTITIONING CASE NO. 86-63 <br /> <br />~pj~: Application of Benjamin and Pauline Belden to divide <br />a 160.1 acre parcel into two par,els containing 99.2 acres and <br />60.9 acres each in an EFU (EXCLUSIVE FARM USE) zone on property <br />located at 12015 Belden Drive SE, Aumsvllle (Sec. 13 & 24; T9S; <br />R2W). Tax lot 61929-000, 61594-000, and 61927-000. <br /> <br />~: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Director for <br />Marion County has APPROVED the above described Partitioning <br />application subject to certain conditions. <br /> <br />Conditions of approval. <br /> <br />The applicant shall ~ubmit a f~lnal partitioning map to the <br />Planning Division by~o~k ~-5./~/C . Following <br />map approval by the~Planning~Di~ector, the applicant shall <br />record it with the Marion County Clerk (final map instruc- <br />tions and example enclosed). <br /> <br />No alteration of property lines shall be permitted without <br />first obtaining approval from the Planning Director once the <br />final partitioning map has been recorded. <br /> <br /> ~: The Marion County Subdivision and Partition Ordinance <br /> provides that certain Partition applications be considered first <br /> by the County Planning Director. If there is any doubt that the <br /> application conforms with adopted land use policies and regula- <br /> tions the Director must condition or deny the application. Any <br /> interested person who disagrees with the Director's decision may <br /> request that the application be considered by the Marion County <br /> Eearings Officer after a public he~rtng. The applicant may also <br /> request reconsideration on the basis of new information subject <br /> to signing a waiver of the 120 day time limit for review of <br /> zoning applications. A public hearing is.held on appeals subject <br /> to the appellant paying a $25.00 fee. Requests for reconsider- <br /> ation, or consideration by the Hearings Officer~ must be in <br /> writing and be received in the .Marion Coun~ Planning Divi~/~n~ <br /> 220 High Street NE, Salem by 5.00 p.m. on~/~li/~ /~V <br /> . The major purpose of the Primary <br />Agriculture designation and the corresponding EFU (EXCLUSIVE <br />FARM USE) zone is to encourage the continuation of commer- <br />cial agricultural activity and prevent the establishment of <br />uses which hinder farming. <br /> <br /> <br />
