Nature of the Application <br />This matter is before the Marion County Hearings Officer on the Application of the Joy <br />Blackman Revocable Living Trust for a Conditional Use to establish a non -farm dwelling on a 5.97-acre <br />parcel in the SA (Special Agriculture) zone located in the 3300 block of Little Haven Lane S, Salem <br />MS, R3 W; Section 713; Tax lot 800). <br />II. Relevant Criteria <br />Standards and criteria relevant to this Application are found in the Marion County Code, Title 17, <br />especially Marion County Code: Chapter 17.137 Special Agriculture Zone. <br />111. Public Hearing <br />A public hearing was held on this matter on May 2, 2024. The Planning Division file was made <br />part of the record.
