Non-farm uses in the EFU zone must abide by the criteria and standards in OAR 660-033-0130 <br /> to minimize impact from potentially conflicting non-farm uses. The minimum parcel size in the EFU zone <br /> is 80 acres; however,for non-farm uses,the minimum size standard states the parcel "shall only be as <br /> large as necessary to accommodate the use and any buffer area needed to ensure compatibility with <br /> adjacent farm use."
