The operator should address the following: <br /> <br />?? <br />All temporary food licenses should be submitted to our office no less than 1 week prior <br />to the first day of the event. <br /> <br />?? <br />The archery area as shown on the plot plan needs to have a sufficient back drop as to <br />prevent fired arrows from leaving and striking outside this area. An archery range <br />supervisor should be in charge of this area at all times that it is in operation. The <br />supervisor must be 18 years or older. The archery range should be visibly delineated to <br />prevent accidental entry. <br /> <br />?? <br />A log of all first-aid, medical, emergencies, or other unusual events must be kept.
