SECTION III. Adoption of Findings and Conclusion <br /> After careful consideration of all facts and evidence in the record, the Board adopts as its own <br /> the Findings of Facts and Conclusions contained in Exhibit A, attached to Order No.08-155 adopted <br /> this day and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> SECTION IV Action <br /> The requested exceptions to Statewide Planning Goals 11 (Public Facilities) and 14 <br /> (Urbanization) are hereby GRANTED and Ordinance 677, Exhibit C, Conditions, are amended to read: <br /> "1. The golf course and other improved recreation facilities may be owned separately from the <br /> remainder of the development, provided that the residential home owners association (HOA) and the <br /> golf course HOA shall be joined in a master HOA. <br /> "7. The uses and related activities to be allowed on the subject site are limited to those uses which are <br /> requested by the applicant in the detailed plan proceeding and as otherwise allowed by Ordinance No. <br /> 677, as modified and subject to conditions of approval. <br /> SECTION V.
