Rule 660. Applicants need approval from the State of Oregon for the same use, before the use can <br />be allowed. <br /> <br />14. If state and local regulations are not applied the applicants must still apply for a partition. The <br />request will be reviewed based on current regulations and development standards exempt under <br />M37, regulations not waived by the Marion County Board of Commissioners or the State of <br />Oregon, and those under the EFU zone in effect on February 6, 1992. <br /> <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />15.
