As a condition of approval any dwellings on the property should have a setback of 100 <br />feet from the northern property line and 20 feet fi.om the fi.ont yard and l0 feet for side <br />yards. At the time that dwellings are proposed for the newly created parcels, the owners <br />should submit declaratory statements that they acknowledge they are near farm or forest <br />zoned areas, which may subject the owners to customary and accepted farm or forest <br />management practices. <br /> <br />Based on the above and subject to the required agreements, the proposed partitioning <br />complies with the criteria for a partitioning in the AR zone and is APPROVED. <br /> <br />Craig O.
