The <br />portion of the property outside the city limits, but within the <br />urban growth boundary (UGB), is designated Single Family in the <br />SPCP, and is zoned UTF. Marion County has jurisdiction over only <br />that portion of the property outside the St. Paul city limits. <br /> <br />The subject property is at the northern terminus of Third Street, <br />St Paul. The property is vacant and consists of tax lots 100 and <br />600.
