(b)Except for private roads and bridges accessing only <br />commercial forest uses, private road or driveway access <br />to structures of more than 200 square feet in area or a <br />dwelling shall meet the requirements in Marion County <br />Fire District #1 Ordinance 1993.1, Appendix A-7, except <br />that the county maximum grade standard for a private road <br />is 15 percent. A greater grade may be approved by the <br />Fire District or, if the site is not in a fire district, <br />by the State Department of Forestry. <br />(c)Drainage standards for private roadways shall be those in <br />Section 5 of the Public Works Engineering standards <br />except that corrugated metal culverts of equivalent size <br />and strength may be used. <br />Compliance with Public Works access requirements can be placed <br />as a condition of approval. <br />Craig O.
