The approval is site specific to the area tested, and the septic system must be located in the immediate area of the test pits, unless otherwise authorized by this office. Soils in the approved area shall not be altered or modified by cutting, filling, or other developmental activities which would impede the successful operation of the initial or replacement soil absorption systems. Failure to comply with the above items may void this approval. This permit is issued only to the owner or easement holder of the land on which the system is to be installed, or to a person licensed under ORS 454.695. The transfer of this permit from the original permittee to another may be granted if an application for a permit transfer is made prior to the original permit expiration date, and no other changes to the permit are necessary.
