Said easement shall not only constitute a covenant running with all the aforesaid described land, but shall be binding upon the Grantees herein and all other persons and parties claiming through the Grantees herein and for the benefit of and limitation upon all future owners of said land and premises, this declara- tion of easement being designed for the purpose of assuring the use of the above described portion of real property being sold hereunder as a drainfield and septic system for the adjoining property.
