Per Marion County Onsite Septic Procedures, an incomplete application may <br /> not remain open for greater than one year before it expires. An expired application cannot be <br /> renewed or reinstated, a new application and full permit fee is required. <br /> This site is approved for the type of disposal system described above. Peak sewage flow into <br /> the system is limited to a maximum flow stated above, with the average use limited to half that <br /> flow. This is determined to be sufficient for the proposed use under OAR 340-071-0800(Table <br /> 2). Premature failure of the treatment system may occur if these flow quantities are exceeded. <br /> If, for some reason, you expect your water use may exceed these flows, it is advisable to <br /> increase the size of the treatment system. <br />
