Septic Authorization 555-21-006906-AUTH Page 2 of 3
'?+.•• ^-.dJ` t,yy^" ...,+.n J j " N7 'i •' • " ..
...,f 4'
Y ; . 5 `.* rM a •
ie ` t row° a a'f , { a
Conditions of Approval:
THIS SYSTEM IS AUTHORIZED FOR CONNECTION OF A REPLACEMENT DWELLING PER OAR 340-071-0205(4)WITH NO
INCREASE IN FLOW.THIS PARCEL WAS INVOLVED IN THE BEACHIE CREEK FIRE,WHICH ALLOWS FOR LESS
DRAINFIELD THAN IS CURRENTLY REQUIRED
This system consists of a 1000 gallon concrete septic tank and 75 feet of drainfield.
There is no increase in flow to the system as there was a 3 bedroom onsite before the fire and will be replaced with a 3 bedroom.
This system meets standards set by the DEQ under OAR 340-071-0205(4)authorization rule allowing for connection of a
replacement dwelling with no increase in flow. This authorization notice is APPROVED.
THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any vehicular traffic including construction vehicles,
livestock activities.Other activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway placement or any similar activities may also
damage the soil in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. The areas of the initial septic system and the future
repair system must both be protected.
The septic tank should be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic tank pumping service approximately every five(5)years.
The septic tank is a reservoir for the solid materials in the sewage waste stream. Excessive accumulation of these solid materials
in the septic tank will cause the solids to wash out of the tank and into the drainfield. This will cause irreversible damage to the
drainfield and will eventually lead to a system failure.
•
7/16/24:9:43:34AM Page 2 of 3 ONS_OnsiteAuthorizationpr
