Roxi
went to the Building department today and spoke with Cindy and I believe we have a path forward with
the next steps being the site evaluation. Cindy was not able to receive and process the site evaluation
application today, since the test pits had not already been excavated.
t i
f ! To keep the pits from potentially filling with water while we wait for the application to be
processed and an inspection scheduled, and to avoid the liability of an open excavation, I was hoping
to dig the pits the day the inspection was to be conducted or perhaps the day prior. Is this something
that I can work with you on coordinating? Roxi is willing to pay for the Site Eval at any time.
ij
ii
Per some guidance that you had previously provided me, and a newer rule,that to
accommodate an additional dwelling on the same lot,the new additional drain field must be extended
from the existing drain field. For this reason, I am proposing a test pit immediately to the west of the
existing drain field.This is reflected on the site plan in the attached PDF file.
Thanks,
II
l . ;
{ Kiel W.
