Maintain access to septic tank for pumping and service. •Meet all required setbacks •The pump and alarm must be wired on separate circuits in the control panel. Pump wiring must comply with applicable building,electrical,or other codes. •Install the pump and system components in accordance with the approved pump curve and specifications. •A minimum 18-gauge,green-jacketed tracer wire or green color-coded metallic tape must be placed on top of the effluent sewer or pressure transport pipe from tank to drainfield. -The system must be installed in the area approved during the site evaluation and in accordance with the construction plan approved by the agent, including any changes made by the agent. -All work is to conform to OAR 340, Division 71 and 73.
