Thirty-inch minimum diameter if greater than <br /> 36-in deep. Maintain access to septic tank for pumping and service. <br /> •Meet all required setbacks <br /> •The system must be installed in the area approved during the site evaluation and in accordance <br /> with the construction plan approved by the agent, including any changes made by the agent. <br /> •All work is to conform to OAR 340, Division 71 and 73.
