The total size of the property is 14.22 acres according to Marion County Planning Case <br /> P/PLA 22-011. <br /> The result of the partitioning and property line adjustment yields 7 parcels, for which this is the only <br /> resultant parcel with an existing dwelling at this time.Site evaluations for the other 6 parcels and adjusted <br /> tracts can be found under site evaluation numbers 555-23-007091-EVAL to 555-23-007096-EVAL. <br /> If the proposed partition / adjustment is approved, the address for this parcel will change from 5756 <br /> Fruitland Road NE to 751 Noble Plum Way NE (see included maps). <br /> The system for this property was installed in June of 1984 under permit number 84-851 with a Certificate <br /> of Satisfactory Completion dated at that time, found in Marion County Building Records. It consists of a <br /> 1000-gallon concrete tank and 500 linear feet of drainfield according to what appears to be the as-built <br /> document from that time.
