We own these as a set of lots (285/295) but they are taxed and zoned as
two separate lots. We applied and were approved for a same party easement which allowed the septic system
to be installed on the 295 lot that will support the house being built on the 285 lot. The attachment is of that
application. Marion should have the finalized approval on file as it was needed prior to the septic install being
started. We were not provided with a hardcopy of this upon approval but I was informed by Robert Goodwin
that we could receive one if we requested it. The electrical power service was installed on the boarder of the
285/295 lots. The septic system power box is electrically powered by the 285 lot electrical service. The 200A
service was green stickered and electrically energized last fall. We've been paying CPI for this service since
that time. We were unaware of an additional inspection being needed.
Best Regards,
Nathan Jones
Equipment Engineer
H-OP-T-1-E/PTL
Siltronic Corporation
7200 N.W.Front Avenue
Portland,OR 97210-3676, USA
Tel.+1 503 219 4357
nathan.jones@siltronic.com
http://www.siltronic.com
Siltronic
perfect silicon solutions
1
