Dear Andrew, <br /> ADMINISTRATION <br /> We have completed our site evaluation for the proposed major repair at <br /> BUILDING the above referenced property, please see the findings below: <br /> INSPECTION <br /> Approved Area & System Type ` ' `_yr t ' <br /> EMERGENCY <br /> MANAGEMENT A soils test pit and other site features were evaluated on the property <br /> ENGINEERING during the site visit on April 30, 2021 Conditions observed during this site <br /> evaluation indicate that the area around the evaluated test holes is not <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL capable of supporting a Standard septic system due to the following <br /> SERVICES limitations. <br /> OPERATIONS Limited space — There is not sufficient area for a full standard <br /> PARKS system in accordance with OAR 340-071-0220 and due to well and <br /> other setbacks. <br /> PLANNING <br /> Rapidly Draining Soils The soils textural class for this parcel is a <br /> SURVEY gravelly loamy sand which requires a pressurized distribution <br /> drainfield. <br /> Under the conditions observed at the site, a seepage bed system is <br /> required, and will be permitted as a reasonable repair per OAR 340- <br /> 071-0215(4)(b). <br /> This drainfield will need to be installed at a depth of 24-30 inches with <br /> 16 inches of media, 12 under, 2 on the sides of the pipe and 2 inches <br /> over the pipe. Please see attached design criteria and create a plot <br /> plan showing all required information including a materials list, line <br /> lengths, pump curve, and setback information and submit to this <br /> office.
