This letter will provide a summary of our payment under the coverages of your policy. Coverage A— Dwelling I prepared an estimate for the replacement of the damaged manufactured home including the components attached to the structure and work needed for the replacement. The actual cash value amount of this estimate came to $109,875.95. Your policy provides for an Actual Cash Value settlement for the damages to the home. This means there has been some depreciation applied based upon the age and condition of the property. Coverage B— Personal Property You have been provided a link to the Contents Collaboration site and also send an Excel spreadsheet for the inventory of the contents that were damaged in this fire. I have included the Excel spreadsheet to this email for your convenience. Once you have completed the inventory of the damaged items, please forward that to me for processing. Please note that in order to recover the full Replacement Cost benefits, the damaged items must be replaced within two years of the date of loss. Coverage C —Additional Living Expense I understand that you will not be returning to the home, but instead moved to another facility. The policy would owe the reasonable amount of time it would take for the home to be replaced. We have estimated this to be four months and are issuing payment for this timeframe, based on a Fair Rental Value quote of $5,245.00 for a furnished temporary home.
