This letter will <br /> provide a summary of our payment under the coverages of your policy. <br /> Coverage A— Dwelling <br /> I prepared an estimate for the replacement of the damaged manufactured home including the <br /> components attached to the structure and work needed for the replacement. The actual cash <br /> value amount of this estimate came to $109,875.95. Your policy provides for an Actual Cash <br /> Value settlement for the damages to the home. This means there has been some depreciation <br /> applied based upon the age and condition of the property. <br /> Coverage B— Personal Property <br /> You have been provided a link to the Contents Collaboration site and also send an Excel <br /> spreadsheet for the inventory of the contents that were damaged in this fire. I have included the <br /> Excel spreadsheet to this email for your convenience. Once you have completed the inventory <br /> of the damaged items, please forward that to me for processing. <br /> Please note that in order to recover the full Replacement Cost benefits, the damaged items <br /> must be replaced within two years of the date of loss. <br /> Coverage C —Additional Living Expense <br /> I understand that you will not be returning to the home, but instead moved to another facility. <br /> The policy would owe the reasonable amount of time it would take for the home to be replaced. <br /> We have estimated this to be four months and are issuing payment for this timeframe, based on <br /> a Fair Rental Value quote of $5,245.00 for a furnished temporary home. <br /> Once you have reviewed this information, if you should have any questions, please contact me. <br />
