i EXHIBIT A Commencing at 5/8-inch iron rod at the northwest corner of Broken Diamond as the same is platted and recorded in Volume 29,Page 5 of the Marion County Book of Town Plats, and running thence North 00° 47' 10"East 60.00 feet to a 5/8-inch iron rod with a yellow plastic cap at the intersection of the north right-of-way line of Valley View Road (CR 931)with the west right-of-way line of Duckflat Road (CR 929) and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, said point measures 30.00 feet from the centerline of Valley View Road when measured at right angles thereto and measures 40.00 feet from the centerline of Duckflat Road when measured at right angles thereto; thence North 89° 33' 44"West, along said north right-of-way line of Valley View Road, 556.59 feet to a 5/8-inch iron rod with a yellow plastic cap; thence North 00° 01' 03"East 270.00 feet to a 5/8-inch iron rod with a yellow plastic cap; thence South 89° 28' 20"East 604.76 feet to a 5/8-inch iron rod with a'yellow plastic cap on the west right-of-way line of the beforesaid Duckflat Road; thence South 10° 10' 45" West, along said right-of-way line, 272.98 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 3.59 acres of land, more or less, all being situated within the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 28 in Township 9 South, Range 2 West of the Willamette Meridian in Marion County, Oregon. Note: The above description is based on my October 19, 2005 field survey filed in the Marion County Survey Records as MCSR 36911, the purpose of which was to monument the parcel corners for the three parcels created by the Minor Land Partitioning No 83-17, which was not surveyed Partition No. 83-17 is recorded in Reel 332, Page 448 of the Marion County Deed Records and filed in the Marion County Survey Records as MCSR 29900.
