SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE <br />I, Troy E. Petersen, being a Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Oregon, <br />do hereby certify that I have surveyed and marked with proper monuments the <br />land shown in the partition plat hereon, the exterior boundary thereof being <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at the initial point of this partition plat, said point being a 5/8 inch <br />iron rod with a yellow plastic cap marked "PETERSEN P S 61408" 240.00 feet <br />South 00°00'00" West of the ast corner of Parcel f Partition Plat <br />97-53, as recorded in Reel% 398, Page 511, Marion County Deed Records; <br />thence South 89°18'15" West along the North line of that property described in <br />Reel 4419, Page 78, Marion County Deed Records, 662.16 feet; thence South <br />00°00'00" East along the West line of said property, 275.35 feet; thence North <br />89°18'15" East along the South line of said property, 662.16 feet; thence North <br />00*00,00" East along the East line of said property, 275.35 feet to the point of <br />beginning and containing 4.185 acres of land, more or less. <br />it:1zuAT►:1:l:10:��,to]:1Th-11I� <br />Troy E. Petersen <br />Oregon Registered Land Surveyor No. 61408 <br />EQUIPMENT AND PROCEDURE <br />A LEICA TS12 Electronic Total Station Survey System and a <br />Carlson Survey Data Collector with supplemental hand-written <br />field survey notes were used in this survey. <br />NARRATIVE <br />The purpose of this survey is to partition that property described in Reel 4419, Page 78, Marion <br />County Deed Records as approved by Marion County Notice of Decision for Partition Case Number <br />22-004. The Basis of Bearings is the East lie of the subject property as established by found <br />monument "A" and "D" as shown on Marion County Survey 27566. The North line of the subject <br />property was established by holding a point 240.00 feet southerly of found monument "A" and <br />found monument "G". The West line of the subject property was established by holding found <br />monument T" and projecting a line to the intersection of the North line and parallel with the <br />east line as shown in Marion County Survey 27566. The South line was established by holding <br />found monument T" and a line parallel to said North line as shown in Marion County Survey <br />27566 and said deed.
