Petersen Oregon Registered Land Surveyor No. 61408 EQUIPMENT AND PROCEDURE A LEICA TS12 Electronic Total Station Survey System and a Carlson Survey Data Collector with supplemental hand-written field survey notes were used in this survey. NARRATIVE The purpose of this survey is to partition that property described in Reel 4419, Page 78, Marion County Deed Records as approved by Marion County Notice of Decision for Partition Case Number 22-004. The Basis of Bearings is the East lie of the subject property as established by found monument "A" and "D" as shown on Marion County Survey 27566. The North line of the subject property was established by holding a point 240.00 feet southerly of found monument "A" and found monument "G". The West line of the subject property was established by holding found monument T" and projecting a line to the intersection of the North line and parallel with the east line as shown in Marion County Survey 27566. The South line was established by holding found monument T" and a line parallel to said North line as shown in Marion County Survey 27566 and said deed.
