THE RECORD RIGHT OF WAY LINES WERE THEN ROTATED FROM SAID <br />POINT TO ANOTHER FOUND IRON ROD TO THE SOUTH, WHICH WAS HELD AS 15 <br />FEET WEST OF RIGHT OF WAY, AS SHOWN PER SAID RECORD. THE FOUND IRON <br />PIPE ON MARION ROAD TO THE NORTHWEST OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY SERVED <br />AS A CHECK OF THE ROTATION OF OUR RIGHT OF WAY SURVEY BASIS. THIS <br />MONUMENT WAS FOUND TO BE 0.4' FROM THE CALCULATED RIGHT OF WAY, <br />GIVING CONFIDENCE TO RETRACE THE RIGHT OF WAY AS DESCRIBED ABOVE. <br />IRON RODS 'A' AND 'B WERE HELD FOR THE LINE BETWEEN 'AREA B' AND'AREA C <br />WHICH WAS THEN PROJECTED SOUTHERLY TO THE CALCULATED DEED BOUNDARY <br />AND NORTHERLY TO THE AFOREMENTIONED CALCULATED RIGHT OF WAY. <br />THE WESTERLY LINE WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE FOUND IRON PIPE 'C <br />AND RECORD DISTANCE, PER MCSR 30617, FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF <br />'AREA C <br />THE SOUTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY, ALONG MILL CREEK, WAS DEPICTED AS <br />DESCRIBED IN THE SUBJECT DEED AND AS SHOWN ON MCSR 30617. THE MOST <br />SOUTHERLY PORTION OF SAID LINE WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE RECORD <br />BEARING AND INTERSECTING THE EXTENSION OF AREA A'S SOUTH LINE. <br />THE EAST BOUNDARY OF 'AREA 'A WAS RETRACED BY ACCEPTING THE TWO PIPES <br />SHOWN AND PROJECTING SOUTHWEST AND NORTHEAST THEREFROM. <br />THE BASIS OF BEARING WAS ESTABLISHED BETWEEN FOUND AND HELD <br />MONUMENTS PER MCSR 30617. <br />REGISTERED <br />PROFESSIONAL <br />LAND SURVEYOR <br />OREGON <br />JUNE 12, 2013 <br />KYLE W.
