The drain line is only 35 feet in length and <br /> BUILDING runs directly downhill, which upon reconnection, has a high likelihood of causing <br /> INSPECTION sewage to surface, constituting a public health hazard. Additionally, the line is <br /> made of corrugated HDPE or ABS pipe, neither of which an approved material for <br /> EMERGENCY use as septic drain pipe. Per OAR 340-071-0205(4)(c), this authorization notice <br /> MANAGEMENT application cannot be approved and a major repair permit will be required. <br /> ENGINEERING Where to go from here: <br /> In order to proceed with the major repair permit process, a test pit will need to be <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL dug for evaluation by a Marion County Onsite Wastewater Specialist. This <br /> SERVICES evaluation will determine the minimum specifications of the repair system. Please <br /> have one test pit dug and provide an updated plot plan with its location.
