This property was damaged by the <br /> ENGINEERING Beachie Creek wildfire in 2020. During this time, the septic control panel was destroyed. <br /> This Authorization Notice is being issued simultaneously with a Certificate of Satisfactory <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL Completion for the replacement of the control panel. <br /> SERVICES <br /> OPERATIONS The property owner has proposed a two-bedroom replacement dwelling, increasing the <br /> amount of flow to the system. However, according to the As-Built and other permit <br /> PARKS documents within the Certificate of Satisfactory Completion (555-16-008505-SEP), the <br /> system design flow is 450 gallons per day, which would accommodate up to a four- <br /> PLANNING bedroom dwelling, per OAR 340-071 (Table 2). <br /> SURVEY Flow Information: <br /> The existing septic system currently serves a one-bedroom dwelling.This application is for <br /> expansion to a two-bedroom dwelling.The proposal does not increase the design flow as <br /> the system as stipulated in 555-16-008505-SEP.This increase in use is allowed under OAR <br /> 340-071-0205(4). AUTHORIZATION TO CONNECT TO THE EXISTING ONSITE SYSTEM IS <br /> APPROVED. <br /> THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any vehicular traffic, <br /> livestock, and farming activities. Other activities such as logging, excavating, or filling, <br /> driveway placement, or any similar activities may also damage the soil in the area and <br /> adversely affect the septic system approval. The areas of the initial septic system and the <br /> future repair system must both be protected. <br /> THE SEPTIC TANK MUST BE INSPECTED BY A LICENSED PUMPING SERVICE AT LEAST EVERY <br /> TEN (10)YEARS.
