Maintain <br /> access to septic tank for pumping and service. <br /> •Meet all required setbacks <br /> •The system must be installed in the area approved during the site evaluation and in accordance with the <br /> construction plan approved by the agent, including any changes made by the agent. <br /> •A minimum 18-gauge,green jacketed tracer wire or green color-coded metallic tape must be placed on top of <br /> the effluent sewer or pressure transport pipe from tank to drainfield. <br /> •All work is to conform to OAR 340,Division 71 and 73.
