PARTITION PLAT NO. 2 0 Z1- 1 q for Amber Johnson <br />LOT 28, HAMPDEN PARK <br />in the NE 1/4 of SECTION 29, T. 7 S., R. 2 W., W.M. <br />MARION COUNTY, OREGON <br />NARRATIVE July 12, 2021 <br />The purpose of this survey is to partition Lot 28 of Hampden Park (Book of Town Plats, Volume 2, <br />Page 17) described in Reel 4383, Page 331 of Marion County Deed Records, Oregon. This partition <br />was approved by Marion County Notice of Decision, Partition Case No. 20-025. <br />The original corner monuments from Hampden Park have not been found. Siegmund (Survey 24887) <br />surveyed lots 28 and 29 and notes that 'property lines in this survey were set along lines of occupation <br />as evidenced by existing fences and mutual agreement". Becuase the fences were evidence of the <br />original lot lines at the time of Siegmund's survey, I have held his monuments for the boundary in this <br />partition instead of taking the last resort opproach of proportioning over long distances as has been <br />done by some surveyors. The northwest corner that Siegmund set is now missing. Montgomery <br />(Partition Plat No. 94-141) found and iron rod and attributed it to Siegmund. The other monuments that <br />Montgomery has found or set has measured well. I have held Montgomery's record distance from the east. <br />SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE <br />I, James S. Hepler, certify that I have correctly surveyed and marked with proper monuments the <br />land represented on the herewith partition map, which is described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Initial Point of this partition plat, which is a 3/4" iron pipe at the southwest corner <br />of Lot 28 of Hampden Park, .
