NARRATIVE:
<br />The purpose of this survey is to show a property line adjustment between those
<br />properties described in Reel 1647, Page 339, MCDR (Original Property #1), Reel 2574, Page
<br />45, MCDR (Original Property #2), Volume 653, Page 638, MCDR (Original Property #3) and
<br />Volume 621, Page 727, MCDR (Original Property #4), as approved by Marion County
<br />Property Line Adjustment Case No. 19-043. The Basis of Bearings used for this survey is
<br />between monuments C and D, the line being held as South 89°55'21" East per OCRS Salem.
<br />Bearings are based on OCRS (Oregon Coordinate Reference System) Salem Zone - NAD
<br />83(2011) EPOCH 2010.00, using the ORGN (Oregon Real Time GNSS Network). The
<br />boundaries of the four individual properties were determined as follows:
<br />Property #1 - I held monuments C and D for the north line. I held record distance Easterly
<br />from monument B per MCSR 38351 for the northeast corner and held data per Reel 1647,
<br />Page 339 for the east line Southeasterly to Cascade Highway. I held the calculated 1/16
<br />corner at Finlay Road and Cascade Highway and a point at record distance Easterly from
<br />monument A per MCSR 37899 for the portion of the east line along Cascade Highway,
<br />extending said line Southerly to the southeast comer of said Reel 1647, Page 339. 1 held the
<br />south line of said deed parallel with the Section line and held record distance Westerly per
<br />MCSR 37899 for the southwest corner of said deed. I then held record data from the
<br />boundary line agreement recorded in Reel 3190, Page 159, MCDR to determine the
<br />southeast and southwest corners of. Property #1. 1 held record distance Westerly from
<br />monument C per MCSR 37899 to determine the northwest corner of the subject property.
<br />Property #2 - 1 held monuments C and D for the south line. I held monuments B for the east
<br />line. I held the calculated record distances Easterly from monuments F and J per MCSR
<br />32366 to determine the west line. I held prorated distances along the Northerly courses
<br />between the calculated northwest comer and monument B at the northeast comer per Reel
<br />2574, Page 45 to determine the north line of the subject property.
<br />Property #3 -1 held the above determined north line for the south line of Property #3 (also
<br />being the final Adjusted Line for the third property line adjustment deed recorded in Reel
<br />4372, Page 486, MCDR). I held a best fit between monuments G, H and I with the deed data
<br />per Volume 653, Page 638 for the remaining boundary.
<br />Property #4 -1 held monument I for the northeast corner and held best fit deed data per
<br />Volume 621, Page 727 for the boundary of the subject property.
