Petersen, being a Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Oregon, <br />do hereby certify that I have surveyed and marked with proper monuments the <br />land shown in the partition plat hereon, the exterior boundary thereof being <br />described as follows: <br />Parcels 1 and 2 of Partition Plat Number 2016-048 as recorded in Reel 3882, <br />Page 351, Marion County Deed Records. The initial point of this Partition Plat <br />being a 3/4 inch iron pipe marking the Northeast corner of said Parcel 1. <br />The above described tract of land contains 5.42 acres of land, more or less. <br />LAND MARKE7 SURVEYING <br />Troy E. The Basis of <br />Bearings is between found monument "A" and a point 1.00 foot Northerly <br />of found monument "D" as shown on Marion County Survey 28884. Found <br />monuments from said survey, Partition Plats 2007-108 and 2016-48 were <br />held for the boundary as shown hereon.
