<br />NARRATIVE
<br />The purpose of this survey is to adjust the lines of properties
<br />described in deeds recorded in Reel 3208, Page 9, and Reel 3343,
<br />Page 354, Deed Records for Marion County as approved by the
<br />Planning Director for said county.
<br />(Property Line Adjustment Case No. 21-037)
<br />Bearings are based on monuments <2> and <3>. The base bearing is
<br />from Partition Plat No. 2001-043.
<br />The west line of Section 13 is defined by <6> and <7> for the
<br />purpose of this survey. The southwest corner of Parcel 2 of this
<br />partition was set at the intersection of the the said section line with
<br />the northerly line of North Santiam Highway, as defined by <3> and W.
<br />The thread of Stout Creek was measured near the northwest corner
<br />of said Parcel 2 and <8>. Satellite imagery was matched and scaled to
<br />visible features and the said measured positions for an approximate
<br />location of the thread. The northwest corner of said Parcel 2 is the
<br />intersection of the said section line with the said thread. The most
<br />northerly line of said Parcel 2 is defined by <8> and monument set at
<br />a point 73.00 feet easterly and tangent with the boundary projected
<br />northerly from <9>. All other boundaries of the subject property are
<br />marked by monuments of record.
