The purpose of this survey was to monument the corners of that tract of
<br />land described in Reel 3829, Page 374, Marion County Deed Records. The
<br />basis of bearings for this survey is between found monuments "B" and "C"
<br />as shown on Marion County Survey 38681, said monuments and a point
<br />34.50' Southeasterly of found monument "A" were also held for the
<br />construction centerline of Skyline Road South as shown on said survey. The
<br />original centerline of Skyline Road South was established by offsetting the
<br />construction centerline 15.50 feet Southerly as shown on Marion County
<br />Survey 38213. The North right of way of of Skyline Road South was
<br />established by offsetting the construction centerline of Skyline Road South
<br />30.50 feet Northerly as described in Reel 3599, Page 232, Marion County
<br />Deed Records. The East line was established by holding found monument "F"
<br />and the record distance of 160.00' along the original North right of way
<br />from the Easterly right of way of Liberty Cr. as established by found
<br />monument "D" and a line perpendicular to the centerline of Skyline Rd. as
<br />shown on the plat of "Van Heights," as recorded in Volume 14, Page 51,
<br />Marion County Book of Town Plats. The West line of the subject property
<br />was established by holding the record distance of 112.00' along the original
<br />North right of way from the Southeast corner and found monument "G" and
<br />projecting said line Northerly the record distance of 62.14 feet from the
<br />found monument "G". The North line was established by holding found
<br />monument "F" and the Northwest corner. The South line was established by
<br />holding the 30-50 foot offset left from the construction centerline between
<br />stations 36+45 to 37+75 as shown in Reel 3599, Page 232, Marion County
<br />Deed Records.
