<br />The purpose of this survey is to show a property line adjustment between those properties described in Volume 607, Page 557 and the remainder portion of that property described in
<br />Volume 190, Page 208, Marion County Deed Records, as approved by the City of Salem Property Line Adjustment Case No. 21-01. The Basis of Bearings used for this survey is between
<br />monuments C and A, the line being held as North 00008'36" East per OCRS Salem. Bearings are based on OCRS (Oregon Coordinate Reference System) Salem Zone - NAD 83(2011) EPOCH
<br />2010.00, using the ORGN (Oregon Real Time GNSS Network). The boundary of the subject property was determined as follows:
<br />South Line - I held monuments F and D to define the north line of the plat of BELVEDERE GARDENS. West Line - I held monuments C and A per MCSR 37957. East Line - I held monument
<br />E and the calculated position of the iron rod set in MCSR 19935, monument L, as noted in ODOT survey MCSR 32718. Said position was determined by using coordinates provided in said
<br />MCSR 32718, based on the tied ODOT control points 70059 and 70016 from MCSR 36310. North Line (Market Street NE) - Utilizing said ODOT control points, I held the record relationship
<br />between the baseline between said points and the centerline of Market Street NE per coordinates provided in MCSR 36310 to determine the centerline of Market Street NE. I then held record
<br />stationing and offsets on the South side of said centerline to determine the south right of way of Market Street NE per Reel 1146, Page 649 and MCSR 36310.
<br />Adjusted Line (Motor Court) - I held monuments N and B for the tangent portion of the south right of way of Motor Court and offset said tangent portion Northerly 23 feet to determine the
<br />East-West portion of the centerline of Motor Court. I then held record stationing along Market Street NE and record angle from the centerline of Market Street NE per MCSR 36310 to determine
<br />the North-South portion of the centerline of Motor Court. I then fit the 153.00 foot radius curve from said survey between the two determined tangent lines. I then offset this line 23 feet Northerly
<br />for the north right of way of Motor Court.
