<br />The purpose of this survey was to monument the exterior boundary of that tract of land described in Reel
<br />3012, Page 163, Marion County Deed Records and being described as Lots 1-4 and 53, Block 11 and Lot
<br />32, Block 12, "Hammond Addition to Detroit" as recorded in Volume 16, Page 22, Book of Town Plats for
<br />Marion County, Oregon and also Lots 29-31, Block 12 of said "Hammond Addition to Detroit" as described in
<br />Reel 4161, Page 365. Marion County Deed Records. The basis of bearings for this survey is between found
<br />monuments "P" and "N" as shown on said plat. The South corner of Lot 53 and the Southwest corner of
<br />Lot 32, Block 12 was established at record bearing and distance from found monument "N" as shown on
<br />said lot. Found monuments "N", "P", "Q", "S", "T" and a calculated ' p point at the record distance of 65.40
<br />Westerly of found monument "D" were held for the rest of the boundary in Block 11 as shown hereon. Found
<br />monument 'D" was held for the Northwest corner of Lot 32, Block 12 and found monument "E" was held for
<br />the Northeast corner of said Lot 32. Found monument "U" and the Northeast corner of said Lot 32 were
<br />held for the East line of said Lot 32 and the East right of way of Boulder St. N. and the Southeast corner
<br />of Lot 32 was set at a prorated distance between said found monuments. The East right of way of Boulder
<br />St. N. was then offset 40' Westerly for the West right of way of said Boulder St. A prorated distance
<br />between the Southwest corner of Lot 32 and found monument "G" was used to set the Northwest corner of
<br />Lot 30 of said Block 12. Found monument "L" and the Northwest corner of Lot 30 were used to prorate
<br />the distance for the Southwest corner of said Lot 30, said monuments were also projected Northerly the
<br />prorated distance to establish the Northwest corner of Lot 31. Found monuments "G" and "H" were held for
<br />the Easterly corners of Lot 30. A prorated distance between found monuments "H" and "V" was used to
<br />establish the Southeast corner of Lot 29.
