<br />The purpose of this survey was to monument the corners of that tract of
<br />land described in Reel 3854, Page 322, Marion County Deed Records being
<br />described as Lot 12, Block 2, "Sunnyview West", Volume 26, Page 6, Book
<br />of Town Plats for Marion County, Oregon. The basis of bearings is between
<br />found monuments "G" and "E" as shown on said plat, said monuments were
<br />also held for the East line of said Lot 12. The Southerly right of way of
<br />Arlene Ave. SE was established by found monument "B" and a point 60.00'
<br />Southerly of found monument "C" said right of way was also held for the
<br />North line of said Block 2. The West line of said Block 2 was established by
<br />found monument "H" and a point at the record distance of 19.81' Westerly
<br />of found monument "B" as shown on said plat. The curve was established
<br />by holding the tangent length shown on said plat and calculating new curve
<br />data since the data shown on the plat is mathematically incorrect. The
<br />West corners of Lot 12 were then set at a prorated distance between found
<br />monument "H" and the Northwest corner of said Block 2. The Southwest
<br />corner and found monument "F" were held for the South line and
<br />intersected with the East line to calculate the Southeast corner.

<br />A LEICA TS12 Electronic Total Station Survey System;
<br />CARLSON SURVEY Data Collector with supplemental
<br />hand—written field survey notes were used in this survey.
