The basis of <br />bearings used was along the northwesterly line of the subject property between the <br />monuments F per MCSR 38405. The most northwesterly lines and the westerly lineE <br />the subject property were determined by holding the record data and monuments fol <br />and set in MCSR 38405 and MCSR 38420. The southerly lines of the subject proper <br />lying West of Lindburg Road SE was determined by holding record data and monum <br />from MCSR 37827 and MCSR 38420. The perimeter boundary of the subject proper <br />lying East of Lindburg Road SE was determined by holding monuments J, L and M <br />data from MCSR 39048 for the portion lying South of Strong Road SE and held recd <br />data from MCSR 38591 and MCSR 38632 for the portion lying North of Strong Road <br />To determine the Easterly line of the subject property along the new centerline of <br />Lindburg Road SE, I held the positions of the previously set monuments from MCSR <br />38609 with the exception of monument P. Said monument was found to be out of <br />position and a new monument was set at the correct point of reverse curve position. <br />City of Salem tract acquired for right of way purposes in Reel 4228, Page 182, Maric <br />County Deed Records and dedicated to the public as Lindburg Road SE and Strong <br />Road SE with City of Salem Resolution No. 2020-080, lying within the limits of this <br />subdivision, was determined by holding deed data from said Reel 4228, Page 182, <br />anchoring said data on monuments M and L and the western terminus of Strong Ro; <br />SE (angle point in east line of Parcel 1, Partition Plat 2018-74). <br />LEGACY HEIGHTS <br />LOCATED IN THE S.E. 1/4 OF SECTION 2 & THE N.E. 1 /4 OF SECTION 11, <br />T. 8 S., R. 3 W., W.
