<br />TO WILMES, NIGGLI, & LAYTON IN REEL 4035 PAGE 493, REEL 4035 PAGE 494, AND REEL 4035 PAGE 496, MARION COUNTY DEED RECORDS,
<br />IN ACCORDANCE WITH MARION COUNTY PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT CASE NUMBER 21-005. THE BASIS OF BEARING IS SOUTH 820 13'
<br />09" WEST ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF THE F. MATTHIEU DONATION LAND CLAIM NO. 42 BETWEEN MARION COUNTY SURVEY
<br />MONUMENTS AS SHOWN AND AS ESTABLISHED USING THE OREGON COORDINATE REFERENCE SYSTEM, SALEM ZONE, USING THE NAD
<br />83(2011) EPOCH:2010.00 DATUM REALIZATION.
<br />THE SOUTHERLY TRACT IS LOT 9 OF THE SUBDIVISION OF THE WEST ONE-HALF OF THE DONATION LAND CLAIM OF F. X. MATTHIEU AND
<br />WIFE AS SHOWN ON MCSR 6022. A 1-1/4" IRON PIPE WAS FOUND AND HELD FOR THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 9. A 1-1/2" IRON PIPE
<br />WAS FOUND ON THE WEST BOUNDARY OF LOT 3 AT THE INTERSECTION WITH THE RIGHT-OF-WAYAS SHOWN ON MCSR 9143. FROM THIS
<br />IRON PIPE, THE RECORD ANGLE AND DISTANCE WAS HELD TO ESTABLISH A POINT ON THE CENTERLINE OF MATTHIEU LANE. THE
<br />SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 9 WAS PROPORTIONED IN BETWEEN THIS POINTAND THE 1/2" IRON PIPE FOUND AT THE NORTHEAST
<br />CORNER OF LOT 3. THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 9 WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING RECORD DISTANCE FROM MCSR 11980 OF 152.00
<br />FEET WESTERLY OF A 5/8" IRON ROD FOUND IN SAID SURVEYAND A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF THE MATTHIEU DLC AS
<br />MONUMENTED. IT WAS DECIDED TO HOLD THE RECORD DISTANCE INSTEAD OF PROPORTIONING THIS CORNER IN SINCE THE DISTANCE
<br />FROM THE FOUND IRON ROD WAS SHORTAND WOULD LIKELY BE CLOSER TO THE ORIGINAL LOCATION THAN A PROPORTION WOULD
<br />GIVE. THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 9 WAS PROPORTIONED IN BETWEEN THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 9 AND THE IRON PIPE
<br />FOUND AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 8.
<br />THE WEST BOUNDARY OF THE CENTER TRACT WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING MONUMENTS OF MCSR 37157. THE EAST BOUNDARY OF
<br />THE CENTER TRACT WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE 5/8" IRON ROD FOUND IN MCSR 11980 AND A 5/8" IRON ROD SET IN MCSR 34381.
<br />THIS LINE WAS THEN INTERSECTED WITH THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF THE MATTHIEU DLC AS MONUMENTED AND AN IRON ROD WAS SET.
<br />THIS ROD FALLS ON THE EAST SIDE OF A CORNER FENCE POST WITH FENCES RUNNING NORTH AND EAST.
<br />THE LOCATION OF CHAMPOEG ROAD IS A BEST FIT OF THE EXISTING TRAVELED CENTERLINE. WE DID NOT DO ANY SURVEYING NORTH
<br />OF CHAMPOEG ROAD AND THE LINES SHOWN WERE DRAWN FROM RECORD SURVEY DATA.
<br />I AM FILING THIS RECORD OF SURVEY BECAUSE THE CLIENT HAS REQUESTED IRON RODS BE SETAS SHOWN, ALTHOUGH THE MARION
