Nowlan Donation Land Claim Number 53 in Township <br />6 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian, Marion County, Oregon; <br />thence North 00'01'32" West 174.42 feet to the center of Butte Creek; thence <br />along the center of said Butte Creek the following courses: South 61'25'36" <br />East 71.72 feet; thence South 43'39'16" East 117.80 feet; thence South <br />56'03'49" East 320.59 feet; thence South 60'28'24" East 107.40 feet; thence <br />South 31'45'28" East 232.31 feet; thence South 32'26'46" East 281.70 feet; <br />thence South 21.25'28" East 67.96 feet; thence South 36'30'23" East 114.77 <br />feet; thence South 57'00'24" East 89.56 feet; thence South 25'44'34" East <br />172.27 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 121, "Friend's Oregon Colony" as <br />recorded in Volume 3, Page 52, Book of Town Plats, Marion County, Oregon; <br />thence leaving said centerline, South 58'20'08" West 96.64 feet to the most <br />Southerly Southwest corner of said Lot 121; thence North 31039'52" West along <br />the West line of said Lot 121, 675.00 feet; thence North 85.1741 " West along <br />said West line, 365.15 feet; thence North 00'03'35" West 309.97' to the <br />Northeast corner of that tract of land described in Reel 198, Page 520, Marion <br />County Deed Records; thence North 63046'24" West 244.42 feet to the point of <br />beginning and containing 4.74 acres of land, more or less. <br />LAND MARKERS SURVEYING <br />Troy E.'Petersen <br />Oregon Registered Land Surveyor No. 61408 <br />NARRATIVE <br />The purpose of this survey is to adjust the property lines between those tracts of land described <br />in Reel 2293, Page 128, Marion County Deed Records as approved by Scott's Mills Notice of <br />Decision for Lot Line Adjustment Case Number 19-01. The Basis of Bearings between found <br />monuments "G" and "F" as shown on Marion County Survey 36486. The West line was established <br />by extending the line formed by found monuments "L" and "F" Northerly to the center of Butte <br />Creek. Found monuments "N", "G" and "F" were held for the West line. The original line was <br />established at the record distance of 296.50 feet along the centerline of first St. and parallel to <br />the West line of Block 4 of "Scott's Mills" as established by found monuments "F" and "L" as <br />shown on said plat. Found monuments "L" and "M" were held for the North right of way of First <br />St. and projected the record distance of 585.30 feet Easterly to establish the angle point in the <br />right of way as shown on Marion County Survey 5278. The above mentioned angle point and a <br />point 40.00 feet Northeasterly of found monument "I" was held for the Easterly right of way of <br />Crooked Finger Road. The most Southerly corner was set at record distance of 675.00 feet <br />Southerly of the above mentioned angle point and also on the Easterly right of way of Crooked <br />Finger Road as shown on Marion County Survey 5278. The parcel lines were then set at my <br />client's design. <br />EQUIPMENT AND PROCEDURE <br />A LEICA TS12 Electronic Total Station Survey System and a <br />Carlson Survey Data Collector with supplemental hand-written <br />field survey notes were used in this survey. <br />LOCATED IN THE <br />SOUTHWEST AND SOUTHEAST QUARTERS OF SECTION 15, <br />TOWNSHIP 6 SOUTH, RANGE 1 EAST OF THE WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN, <br />MARION COUNTY, OREGON <br />DECLARATION <br />Know all men by these presents that Justin R.
