NARRATIVE The purpose of this survey was to monument the corners of those tracts of land described in Reel 2115, Page 103, Marion County Deed Records. The basis of bearings for this survey is between found monuments "F" and "G" as shown on Marion County Survey Record 13283. Found monument "G" was held for the Southeast corner as shown on said survey. The Northeast corner was set at the deed distance and bearing of 100.00' North of found monument "G" as described in said deed. The North right of way of North Santiam Highway was established by found monument "B" and a point 80.00 feet Northerly of found monument "E". Found monument "H" was held as the North end of NW 7th Ave. since the distance to found monument "J" was within 0.01' of record distance. A point 7' West and 33' East of found monument "H" was held for the East and West line of said 7th Ave. The record bearing of North was then held for the East and West lines of said 7th Ave. as shown on Marion County Survey 13283. The South line was then held as parallel to the North right of way of North Santiam Highway as described in said deed and intersected with the East right of way of said 7th Ave. The North line was held Parallel to the North right of way of North Santiam Highway as described in said deed. The West line was then established by deed calls as shown hereon.
