RECORD OF SURVEY
FOR THE CITY OF KEIZER
IN THE NW 1/4 SEC. 26, T. 6 S., R. 3 W., W.M.
CITY OF KEIZER, MARION COUNTY, OREGON
NARRATIVE
THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO RECORD THE
REMONUMENTATION OF THE CENTERLINE -CENTERLINE
MONUMENT AT THE INTERSECTION OF BOARDWALK AVENUE
AND SHADOWWOOD STREET WITHIN THE CLEARLAKE ESTATES
SUBDIVISION. I TURNED NO ANGLES AND HAVE NO BASIS OF
BEARING.
MULTIJECH ENGINEERING PLATTED CLEARLAKE ESTATES IN
1994. DURING THE CITY OF KEIZER'S MAINTENANCE OF THEIR
STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM THIS YEAR, THEY NOTICED THAT THE
REBAR MONUMENT AT THE CENTERLINE -CENTERLINE
INTERSECTION HAD PIERCED A STORM DRAIN LINE. THEY
CONTACTED ME TO REPLACE THAT MONUMENT AT THE
CONCLUSION OF THEIR REPAIRS. WHILE THE ORIGINAL
MONUMENT WAS IN PLACE, I SET FOUR MAGNETIC NAILS AT
SEVEN FOOT OFFSETS. AFTER THE STORM LINE WAS REPAIRED
AND THE ORIGINAL MONUMENT OBLITERATED, I RETURNED
AND USED THOSE REFERENCE NAILS TO SET A ONE INCH BRASS
PLUG IN CONCRETE AT THE ORIGINAL POSITION OF THE REBAR,
SO NOT TO DAMAGE THE STORM LINE ONCE AGAIN.
BY:
MULTI/TECH ENGINEERING SERVICES, INC.
1155 13TH ST.
