There is no increase in flow to the system as there was a 3 bedroom onsite before the fire and will be replaced with a 3 bedroom.This system meets current installation standards and meets standards set by the DEQ under OAR 340-071-0205 authorization rule allowing for connection of a replacement dwelling with no increase in flow.The system serving the property meets all setbacks,and will meet setbacks to the home after reconstruction. THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any vehicular traffic including construction vehicles, livestock activities.Other activities such as logging,excavating or ' filling,driveway placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval.The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair system must both be protected.. THE SEPTIC TANK SHOULD BE PUMPED AND INSPECTED by a licensed septic tank pumping service approximately EVERY FIVE(5)YEARS. The septic tank is a reservoir for the solid materials in the sewage waste stream. Excessive accumulation of these solid materials in the septic tank will cause the solids to wash out of the tank and into the drainfield.
